Harbr is a UK healthcare venture organisation backing and supporting digital-health and deeptech founders. Its work spans investment, due diligence and helping ventures reach customers and new markets, bringing an operator’s perspective to early-stage healthcare businesses.
Its published history includes a 2019 collaboration with Healthcare UK on international market access. Its present-day model includes an angel syndicate investing up to £150,000 collectively per company and a Primary Care Accelerator launched in 2025 with University of Birmingham backing.
The current syndicate and accelerator provide company context; they are not presented as the fund structure or investment amounts during my engagement. No portfolio identities are disclosed.
