As Group Chief Digital Officer, I led a World Bank-sponsored digital transformation blueprint spanning pharmaceutical distribution and manufacturing, alongside the transformation of two hospitals and leadership of the e-pharma business. The work connected strategic direction with the operational and technology changes needed to deliver it.
As co-founder and CTO / COO, I helped build and scale Tonic to 9 million subscribers before exit. Product, partnerships, technology and operations had to work as one business. This was not an advisory brief: it was responsibility for building and running the service.
