EXPERTISE/ AI FOR BUSINESS

AI for Business.
Put it to work.

Connect the opportunity to a workflow, a person and a measurable business outcome.

AI STRATEGY / IMPLEMENTATION / ADOPTIONDUBAI & BEYOND
01 / EXPERIENCE IN PRACTICE

I help businesses decide where AI belongs, build useful applications and bring them into everyday work. Revenue, efficiency and better decisions are the starting points. The technology follows the job it needs to do.

Built into my work.
Tested in the lab.

I bring experience as a business operator and technology leader to the practical work of AI adoption. Ascendancy IQ is my working laboratory for agents, shared knowledge and coordinated digital employees.

01 / THE WORKING LAB

Ascendancy IQ

A system I am building around real work: human direction, specialist agents, shared memory and connected tools. It is a working laboratory evolving towards a controlled beta, and a place to learn what reliable delegation requires.

02 / CONTINUITY

A shared knowledge layer

I have documented my work on persistent context across agent runtimes. Decisions and project knowledge need to survive between sessions if agents are to become useful participants in a longer piece of work.

03 / DAILY PRACTICE

AI in consulting delivery

Research, analysis, briefing packs and first drafts are part of my own AI-assisted workflow. Human judgement remains responsible for the interpretation, recommendations and decisions that reach a client.

02 / WHERE I CAN HELP

Start with
the business value.

Useful AI opportunities usually live in the work already happening: the slow handover, repetitive task, missed signal or idea that costs too much to test.

01Revenue & growth
Research markets, improve sales preparation and support more relevant customer communication.
02Marketing & creative
Connect SEO research, content planning, advertising variations and design production with review and measurement.
03Operations & cost
Reduce repeat administration, organise documents and connect workflows across the tools your team uses.
04Business intelligence
Turn dispersed information into useful briefings, shared knowledge and better-informed decisions.
03 / HOW I WORK

A clear use case.
A working system.

The aim is something your team can use, evaluate and own. I work through the strategy, implementation and adoption together.

  1. Choose the opportunity

Map the workflow and its current cost, delays or missed opportunities. Agree a useful baseline and success criteria.

  2. Build a bounded pilot

Connect the required tools and knowledge. Establish access, review points and clear limits on automated actions.

  3. Test against real work

Check output quality, effort, exceptions and cost with the people who will use the system.

  4. Put it into operation

Document ownership, train the team and establish monitoring, maintenance and a route for improvement.

04 / WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

A useful place
to start.

Start with the decision you need to make, or the workflow you are ready to change.

05 / HUMAN DIRECTION / MACHINE CAPACITY

Give the team
more room to think.

The exciting part is what people can do with the time and capacity they gain. I design around a clear owner, useful review points and a workflow that fits the organisation. Some tasks can be automated; others should remain a human decision.

06 / THINKING & PERSPECTIVE

From the work.
Into words.

What I am building, what I am learning and the questions worth spending time on.

Before we talk.

Can you help with both AI strategy and implementation?

Yes. I can help select and prioritise opportunities, then work through the design, build, evaluation and adoption of a defined use case. Scope and responsibilities are agreed before implementation.

Can AI help with marketing, ads, SEO and design?

These are useful areas to explore, particularly research, planning, production and review workflows. We would identify a specific task, keep brand and editorial judgement in the process, and measure the result.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Not necessarily. The first step is to understand your current tools, data and workflows. Integration or a smaller process change may be more useful than replacing a system.

Is Ascendancy IQ a finished commercial product?

It is my working laboratory, evolving towards a controlled beta. The lab provides practical experience and examples; a client engagement is scoped to your business needs.

07 / THE NEXT CONVERSATION

Where could your
business use more capacity?

Bring a workflow, a bottleneck or an idea. We can work out where AI might make a useful difference.

The Sunday Blueprint

Sorry. This is the bit
where I interrupt you.

You were happily looking around and now I’m asking for your email. Awkward.

In return, every Sunday I’ll send you The Sunday Blueprint: the things I’ve seen, read, used or learned that week that are actually worth knowing.

Market shifts. Useful tools. Smart ideas. Practical resources. No motivational nonsense.

Just a useful Sunday read to make Monday slightly less painful.
